A very popular university in Dover, Del. was founded more than two decades ago. It has campuses in both Wilmington and Georgetown. "The video was clear enough to the extent that his officers were able to identify them right away especially because they knew most of the students on campus. They were able to make an arrest only within hours and were able to present and share the video with parents during various orientation sessions to demonstrate how they were carrying out a remarkable job in protecting their loved ones.
