PARKERSBURG -Maintenance crews had nearly completed the installation of security fence along the front of the Mid-Ohio Valley Transit Authority’s transportation center Wednesday.

HAGERSTOWN — The City of Hagerstown’s plan to install security cameras at the Noland Village public housing complex has drawn mixed reviews from residents there.
