The VB-70IRC66L3516D from Veilux is a powerhouse of features, and a valid solution for all sorts of security applications. A 1/3" Super ExView HAD II CCD is capable of delivering images at a resolution of up to 700 TV lines. An array of 66 infrared LEDs and a DC auto-Iris lense renders either day or night use possible, with little quality differentiation between the two.
The very low LUX rating (0.000001 LUX!) means this camera can see just as well at night (or in dark conditions) as a nocturnal animal. Combine that with WDR 3D-DNR and Sens-up technologies, and there is hardly an environment that this camera will not function within. Requires either a 12v DC or 24v AC power supply (not included).
