Shipping
2MCCTV offers same-day shipping on in-stock orders placed before 3pm CST.
Exceptions:
In-stock orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or on company holidays will not ship until the following business day.
We ship some products from warehouses with earlier shipping cut-offs. Those products may not ship until the following business day.
Other products ship directly from the manufacturer. Not all manufacturers process and ship orders the same day they are placed.
Same-day shipping is not applicable to International orders.
Although we try our very best to ship in-stock orders the day they are placed, other circumstances may not allow for same day shipping.
2MCCTV recommends shipping insurance on all products purchased, as 2M CCTV is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping and will not be held liable for such.
Returns
Please call (877) 926-2288 to obtain a Return merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA's can only be issued through the Returns department.
Equipment must be returned within 10 Business days of an RMA issue date, after which the shipment will be refused. There will be a 20% restocking charge as follows for merchandise accepted for return provided that the cartons are unopened and goods are not damaged. Credit may be denied in the event that the product is returned damaged, missing parts or packaging materials.
- Returned Materials (or Merchandise) Authorization RMA's ARE ISSUED FOR THE RETURN OF A PRODUCT FOR REFUND, STORE CREDIT, OR REPAIR (IF APPLICABLE).

Merchandise will not be accepted for return (for credit or repair) unless our permission has been previously given and an RMA number has been issued.

IN CASE A CUSTOMER SHIPPED PRODUCTS WITHOUT AN RMA THE SHIPPING DEPARTMENT WILL NOT ACCEPT THE SHIPMENT.

IN CASE WE ACCEPT A SHIPMENT MISTAKENLY AND AN RMA WAS NOT ISSUED TO THE CUSTOMER, CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING CHARGES TO BE SHIPPED BACK TO MANUFACTURER, AND THEN SHIPPED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMERS RMAS WILL NOT BE RELEASED UNLESS CUSTOMER PREPAYS FOR SHIPPING CHARGES.

Dead Out of the Box DOB WITHIN 10 DAYS OF AN ORDER RECIEVED RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITH AN RMA, AND A FULL STORE CREDIT OR CASH REFUND ARE ISSUED. ITEMS RETURNED HAVE TO BE AS ORIGINAL STATUS CONDITION. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TESTING THE PRODUCTS WITHING 10 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCTS.

WITHIN THE FIRST 10 DAYS UPTO 45 DAYS OF PRODUCT RECIEPT, ORDER RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITH A MINIMUM OF 20% RESTOCKING FEE AND STORE CREDIT ISSUED.

AFTER 45 DAYS OF AN ORDER BEING ISSUED A MINIMUM OF 30% RESTOCKING FEE IS APPLIED AND STORE CREDIT ISSUED ON THE REMAINING BALANCE.

NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTABLE AFTER 90 DAYS OF CREDIT CARD CHARGE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

ADVANCED REPLACEMENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED UNLESS CUSTOMER IS PRECHARGED FOR THE REPLACEMENT; A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED ONLY WHEN THE ITEMS ARE RECEIVED BACK FROM THE CUSTOMER. WHEN THE ITEMS RETURNED FROM THE CUSTOMER THE ABOVE RESTOCKING CHARGES WILL BE APPLLIED, REPLACEMENTS APPLY TO THE ABOVE TIME FRAME.

No products will be accepted for return if product has been installed, mounted or configured. Depending on the product you may be referred directly to the manufacturer for repairs or exchanges.

All shipments received damaged must either be refused or noted on your delivery receipt or bill of lading at the time of arrival of goods in order to insure the liability of the delivering carrier.
