Returns

Please call (877) 926-2288 to obtain a Return merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA's can only be issued through the Returns department.
Equipment must be returned within 10 Business days of an RMA issue date, after which the shipment will be refused. There will be a 20% restocking charge as follows for merchandise accepted for return provided that the cartons are unopened and goods are not damaged. Credit may be denied in the event that the product is returned damaged, missing parts or packaging materials.

1. Returned Materials (or Merchandise) Authorization RMA's ARE ISSUED FOR THE RETURN OF A PRODUCT FOR REFUND, STORE CREDIT, OR REPAIR (IF APPLICABLE).
2. 2M CCTV reserves the right to withdraw or modify prices on any product offered without prior notice.
3. Merchandise will not be accepted for return (for credit or repair) unless our permission has been previously given and an RMA number has been issued.
4. ALL RETURNs MUST BE TAKEN CARE OF DIRECTLY WITH MANUFACTURERS, 2MCCTV WILL PROVIDE RMA NUMBERS TO CUSTOMERS, RMA’S ARE ISSUED FROM THE MANUFACTURERS DIRECTLY; ALL SHIPMENTS MUST BE DIRECTLY SHIPPED FROM CUSTOMER TO MANUFACTURER.
5. IN CASE A CUSTOMER SHIPPED PRODUCTS WITHOUT AN RMA THE SHIPPING DEPARTMENT WILL NOT ACCEPT THE SHIPMENT.
6. IN CASE WE ACCEPT A SHIPMENT MISTAKENLY AND AN RMA WAS NOT ISSUED TO THE CUSTOMER, CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING CHARGES TO BE SHIPPED BACK TO MANUFACTURER, AND THEN SHIPPED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER’S RMA’S WILL NOT BE RELEASED UNLESS CUSTOMER PREPAYS FOR SHIPPING CHARGES.
7. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE, INSTALLATION CHARGES ARE IRREVERSABLE.
8. RESTOCKING FEES ARE BASED ON THE SUBTOTAL OF THE PRODUCTS COST ONLY AFTER DISCOUNTS.
9. Dead Out of the Box DOB WITHIN 10 DAYS OF AN ORDER RECIEVED RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITH AN RMA, AND A FULL STORE CREDIT OR CASH REFUND ARE ISSUED. ITEMS RETURNED HAVE TO BE AS ORIGINAL STATUS CONDITION. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TESTING THE PRODUCTS WITHING 10 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCTS.
10. WITHIN THE FIRST 10 DAYS UPTO 45 DAYS OF PRODUCT RECIEPT, ORDER RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITH A MINIMUM OF 20% RESTOCKING FEE AND STORE CREDIT ISSUED.
11. AFTER 45 DAYS OF AN ORDER BEING ISSUED A MINIMUM OF 30% RESTOCKING FEE IS APPLIED AND STORE CREDIT ISSUED ON THE REMAINING BALANCE.
12. NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTABLE AFTER 90 DAYS OF CREDIT CARD CHARGE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
13. ADVANCED REPLACEMENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED UNLESS CUSTOMER IS PRECHARGED FOR THE REPLACEMENT; A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED ONLY WHEN THE ITEMS ARE RECEIVED BACK FROM THE CUSTOMER. WHEN THE ITEMS RETURNED FROM THE CUSTOMER THE ABOVE RESTOCKING CHARGES WILL BE APPLLIED, REPLACEMENTS APPLY TO THE ABOVE TIME FRAME.
14. ADVANCED REPLACEMENTS DO NOT APPLY AFTER 45 DAYS OF PURCHASING AN ITEM; ALL PRODUCTS THAT REQUIRE WARRANTY REPAIRS ALL WARRANTY REPAIRS HAVE TO BE DEALT WITH MANUFACTURER DIRECTLY.
15. No products will be accepted for return if product has been installed, mounted or configured. Depending on the product you may be referred directly to the manufacturer for repairs or exchanges.
16. All shipments received damaged must either be refused or noted on your delivery receipt or bill of lading at the time of arrival of goods in order to insure the liability of the delivering carrier.
17. ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED ON PRODUCTS OUT OF THE WARRANTY TIME FRAME FOR EVALUATION OF PRODUCT PROBLEMS.

4. NO MARKS, SCRATCHES, DENTS OR ANY IRREGALITY ON PRODUCT ITEMS
5. VOID WARRANTY STICKERS ARE NOT BROKEN OR REMOVED
6. PRODUCTS HAVE NOT BEEN MOUNTED, INSTALLED OR CONFIGURED

OTHERWISE IT WOULD BE CONSIDERED NOSC - NOT ORIGINAL STATUS CONDITION
