    This is a really nice set of cameras for a home security system or for the office. I got this for our office and it was really easy to install. The DVR function is much easier than the system we replaced this with. I like how well this works in the dark because that is the time when I am most worried about recording.

    I bought this system and installed it myself during a new home build. It was an easy install and set up was simple once I plugged everything in and powered it up. It’s now been running for 10 weeks with no issues. I’m able to monitor all 8 cameras from the monitor on my desk or the app on my phone. The resolution is better than I expected and the night vision works great. I would recommend this system without hesitation.

    We’ve installed these in two of our stores and they work very well. We did have a power adapter go bad on us, which took out a few of the cameras. A quick call to customer service and they sent us a replacement quickly and got us back up and running. Very pleased. Will probably buy more of these for our other locations.

    We had been shopping for a security system for ages. I was trying to find something that had good reviews and also was affordable. I definitely found both with the 2M system. The 1080p looks great on our monitor. We’ve set up three cameras so far with no issues. They don’t look too obtrusive, and our neighbors were very interested in what we were doing and plan on getting some as well after they found out the price. You don’t need to look anywhere else. This is the system to get. Customer service has also been super helpful and responsive from the Facebook page and we found no issues at all. Definitely recommend to everyone on the fence about this.

Once I downloaded the app everything was fine. You will need to change your camera picture to HD in the app to receive the best picture. Great system at a great price.     No problem at all- Installed a 1TB drive in it and was up and running minutes later. If you add another camera it picks it up in seconds. Have not tried connecting to a network and no interest in doing so. Affordable system that has been working great for months.

    I’ve had this system for about 5 months now and have been generally happy. I have the DVR unit mounted near the ceiling of my non-insulated garage and it has held up to the heat of the midwest summer just fine. I’ve used a few different home surveillance systems in different locations over the years, and the video quality of this system is good enough for the price.

    The cameras produce quality surveillance video. The DVR is a decent product but a pain to configure to work with remote access. That would probably apply to all surveillance system. If you know what you’re doing and have some patience, over weekend or two you can turn an inexpensive product into sound peace of mind with a quality installation.

    We’ve had this system for 3 months now and it has held up well. The picture quality is great day and night. We have had to replace one connector and one cable. 1T recorded 24/7 for 12 weeks before I erased it and started over. Some of the set up was a little difficult because I’m not as tech savvy as others but I have it figured out and it’s now a breeze to work. We would never have known that we had trespassers if we hadn’t purchased a surveillance system. Thank you 2M for a great product.

    I bought the 8ch 1080P Video Security System for my house. The system was so easy to install, so I don’t need to call the expert and come to install it. Save lots of money 🙂 The cables are long enough which can reach outside and inside of the building. The cameras provided HD videos and the image is so clear so I can see the details. 1TB HDD with H.264+ is also great which reduce video size and save my videos longer. Using my iPhone and iPad to view the live and playback the video makes my life easy. The reasonable price and good quality system. I really satisfied the product.

    This has already proven useful as I’ve been able to catch some bike thieves that came by at 1am, got every detail on their faces. Motion detection is a bit sensitive so we opted for continuous record which does what we need it to. The system is so easy to use and much better than our old one. Entirely worth the money and not too difficult to install and set up. Going through the recordings is also really easy.

    It works very well, the picture quality is excellent. We use it in addition to a monitored security system. The downside to this is the disc that is with this system is not for this system. It shows a remote which this system doesnt have. My advice is to download the correct manual from the 2M website. An added note, the customer support from 2M is by far the best I have experienced. They hung with me to correct all the problems that I created trying to hook the system to my phone without a clue what I was doing

    Ok a few things The 2M website has great q&a for reference and you can text or call them. I’m not a techie geek or anything but I know my stuff – this one gave me a run for my money, especially during the phone app setup for me and my husband. Overall all 4 cameras are setup, no lag (we have wired connections) nightvision can be seen clearly, adjustable sensitivity and really cool you can set sections that you want to not be motion detected, like the flag waving in the wind so your not getting bombarded by alerts. Worth the cash

    Amazing camera system! I was shocked at how good this system is for no more than I paid for it! Easy to install, but slightly time consuming due to having to run the wiring. With all the kick-ass features, it is a bit challenging to learn how to operate. I love how I can schedule specific recording times for each camera. Motion detectors work much better than I expected. And the night vision is phenomenal! I can monitor and control the entire system remotely from my cell phone! I highly recommend this camera system! You will not be disappointed!

    I purchased this 2M 8CH Security Surveillance System to replace a similar system that I had been using for years. I discovered this system is far better than the one I replaced. My old system only had the capacity to keep about eight days of recordings. This 2M system holds well over a months worth of recordings! The 2M vision app is easy to use to remotely view the cameras which is a huge change from my old system’s app that I never got to work correctly. Installation was straight forward. It was probably a little easier for me since I already had the experience of installing my first system, but I had the whole thing up and running within a couple of hours on a weekend afternoon. I did spend another hour or so the next day fine tuning the aim of the cameras, but I’m kinda picky about that stuff. I can’t speak about the tech support because I haven’t had any issues from day one. A feature that I particularly enjoy are the HDMI outputs. I ran wires to my two main TVs so that I can view the cameras in three locations in my house in addition to the app. Recently one of my neighbors had two bicycles stolen from his yard and I was able to provide him with video of the thief who walked right in front of my house. Being able to help my neighbor makes me feel like my 2M system has already paid off.

    Great quality system and build,.The Best bang for the buck you will ever find. After pulling the entire system components apart. i.e. Analyzing and checking the entire system/hardware, HDD, Main board assembly and camera CCD resolution (Day/Night), I am very impressed!!But, there is no other option for night illumination at this time for public use. I recommend having all external devices out of reach of intruders, all external camera wiring have its own path into the structure (DO NOT BUNDLE CCTV CABLES TOGETHER) A single Bolt Cutter clip=Multiple Kills. Also, always have one cam overlooking its “brother” so to speak That way you always have a way to identify anyone trying to disable your system. Because of the Closed circuit/Stand alone design, it is possible to integrate an independant motion sensor to EACH camera, thus eliminating night visibility. All I have to say is that this is a quality system at an (In my opinion) unreal price. I have run this product through every test available and it is solid as a rock. I cannot comment on customer service or tech support, because I have had no need for either since my purchase. I have personally installed and tested many “off the shelf” security systems and this particular package is the best I have tested, installed and used. I would seriously consider this product. I installed one for a customer and was so impressed, I bought one for myself. In any event, research and perform your own Due diligence. You will not be dissapointed.

    Bought this in July 2019 as an upgrade to an earlier CCTV model. Cameras looking great even at night, clarity during daylight likewise. Only problem was the indoor camera I got wasn’t compatible to the DVR, have to use another app for that. Haven’t had any other issues yet, so support still not needed. Overall, so far so good!

    Used1 camera to pick the best view, then permanently accidents camera. Cut hole to run wire thru eaves into attic dropping all sides thru one hole to access DVR. Worked like a charm. Hooked all 8 cameras into DVR plugged into monitor. Up and running 4 hours later. Setup online just to have it available if needed. Just want closed circuit so no hacks, no problem. Nice very nice coverage, thank you.
