Geovision GV-UNFE2503 2MP IR Miniature Compact Fisheye Surveillance Camera

The Geovision GV-UNFE2503 mini IP fisheye camera is one of the most compact and small fisheye IP cameras available, perfect for locations with limited space. The Geovision GV-UNFE2503 offers a 1.19mm Fixed Lens and a 1/2.8″ CMOS image sensor, giving an image clarity of 1920 x 1080 (2 Megapixel) at a full 30 frames per second.

An in-built Micro SD / SDHC Card Slot offers the user to record video clips and snapshots locally. The camera is the combination of two pieces, the lens, and the main camera body. These two parts are connected to one another with the help of a 1 Meter / 3 Foot cable, the main body of the camera then connects to the network through a Cat-5 cable.

In spite of the compact size of this camera, the GV-UNFE2503 incorporates WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) Enhancement, which increases the image quality in bright or dim back lighting. This technology works by combining the lowest lit portions of the image with the highest lit, features a much better image quality. The 3D Digital Noise Reduction option helps to decrease the amount of noise (grittiness) in the image, producing a clearer image.

This camera can be charged by either the included 12V-DC power adapter or by POE (Power over Ethernet) 802.3af. The POE extensions allows the installer to run both data and power over one CAT5-E cable, however this will require a POE compliant network switch or injector.
