I did quite a bit of research on camera systems before actually making this purchase and selected 2M because of the positive reviews about the ease of installation and operation of the system. I would love to have a printed operating manual included with the cameras and NVR, but the downloadable suffices. I purchased the eight channel system with only four bullet cameras but will likely be adding a PTZ camera soon. Overall, very pleased with the system!
