In addition, the system includes HDMI and VGA Video Output. This allows the customer to incorporate a monitor for video display. Lastly, the device includes sensor, motion, and audio detection along with smartphone viewer support.

Awesome product. I bought this to replace a DVR (another brand) that stopped working. I received the 2M DVR and was impressed how easy it was to install. I had some issues with connecting to my phone, so I did use the technical assistance via email and phone. I was blown away how responsive they were. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would definitely recommend this product.

The hard drive installation is very simple: remove 8 screws and plug in the power and sata cables. I used an SSD drive, so the system is very responsive. The menus are intuitive; recording setup is very easy; just what I wanted. Honestly, I can’t empathize with those who wrote reviews with less than five stars. For the price, I highly recommend this unit.

Bought this to replace the Zosi unit that came with our cameras.
To compare: Zosi has no customer support and would disconnect more often than connect. This unit hasnt went offline since we purchased, the hard drive installation was a breeze, and we feel more piece-of-mind knowing that we have this system at our home.

Was looking for a low cost solution to replace my older Zmodo DVR that had terrible customer service. This DVR was so easy to setup that all I had to do is open the book for default user name and password. The QR-Code scan was easy, installed a 1TB hard drive that I had installed in previous Zmodo DVR, asked if I wanted to format after detection said yes and done. Setting up a static IP address was easy too. I would highly recommend this DVR for a low cost replacement solution.
