This 2M DVR was easy to setup and and view on my mobile devices. I made a mistake when trying to change the default password and had to call support. Support was very helpful and had me logged on and viewing again in a couple of minutes.

This is a better DVR than the old, expensive DVR that I replaced. I give the picture quality a 5 stars. I have the DVR recording 24/7. I don’t use the motion detection feature and I haven’t call for tech support so I left the rating blank.
I have this DVR over a year now and have no problem.

It took ten minutes to config for remote viewing. No dynamic DNS, no port forwarding. The QR code thing worked great. It even managed to get through a double NAT LTE router that I’m using. Image is solid with minimal upload speeds (2 mbps)and the app supports sound. I picked up a few of their inexpensive 2mp cameras and for the price I’m satisfied with them as well. I well be upgrading my other systems to this, or their higher res boxes soon.
Thanks
